### Fort Myers Beach Fun
Our fifth floor, gulf-view condominium (Building B at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club - EBTC) -- with spectacular water and beach views -- is situated on a white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The waves are gentle, and the gulf-floor slopes gently to an offshore sand bar which provides seven miles of protected beaches. From our balcony we frequently spot dolphins playing in the Gulf waters.
After coming to EBTC for many years we recently purchased this condo and are committed to being good hosts. The spacious bedroom, which can be separated from the living area by a folding partition, has a king-size bed. The living room has a sleep sofa, TV and WiFi. The renovated kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal, along with most items needed for cooking and dining in. The view from our balcony is perfect for watching both sunrises and sunsets.
There's an on-site heated swimming pool; two tennis courts and two additional courts that are lined for pickleball play (we provide a set of tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and balls for guests' use); and a shared laundry room with machines that accept coins and cards. There are several marinas, including one directly across from EBTC. A public trolley runs the length of the seven-mile island for a nominal fee.
On September 28, 2022 Hurricane Ian dealt a severe blow to EBTC and the Town of Fort Myers Beach. While facilities at EBTC are well on the way to being restored, the road to recovery for the Town of Fort Myers Beach will take some time. There are many encouraging signs of progress and a commitment by local residents to renew the community of Fort Myers Beach. It will be exciting to watch and participate in this process.
EBTC is conveniently located approximately 40 minutes from the Regional Southwest Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers.

We had a fantastic week at Ft Myers beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a stay at the beach. Safe area that is still rebuilding from hurricanes. Very beautiful beach with shells, birds, and dolphins swimming by. We would definitely recommend and come back in the future!

Unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Overall property didn’t allow lounge chairs to be taken to beach, but unit had chairs and umbrella, which worked fine. Property had an overall friendly atmosphere. Didn’t use pool but it seemed fine. Property was a ways from village, but this was fine with us. A nice place to stay.

The condo was as described. Seemed fair for the price great location. They are still recovering from the hurricane on the island and surrounding areas. Please come the beaches are amazing. Good kayaking, great shelling. A lot of food choices.

One word describes it all….wonderful!!! Everything from the booking to our stay. Our hosts we amazing with communicating. Any questions were promptly answered. We had a great view from our window and balcony of the gulf. Accommodations were just as described and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!!!!

#### Relaxing stay with gorgous ocean view.
Room was impeccably clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything you needed. Beach was just outside the building, and the room contained many beach items you could take such as umbrella, towels, and awesome loungers. The balcony gives you a great view of the ocean. The host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions.

#### Lovely Condo
This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, from a well stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed. The welcome basket with goodies was a nice touch. We had great communication with the host. The pool is kept nice and warm, so even with the air temperature barely above 60, my husband enjoyed his swim. The beach was great for shelling. Most restaurants on the island are still closed since the hurricanes came through, and there is a lot of construction in the area, but that is no one’s fault. I highly recommend this unit.

#### Lovely community
We stayed late August for 7 nights. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The pool was lovely and well maintained as were the grounds. The tennis and pickle ball courts were beautiful. Maintenance staff was present every day. The owner was easy to contact and I discussed a couple of things the cleaning people should attend to and I'm sure they'll be taken care of. The building is older but most units have been renovated/updated. There is a 7-Eleven half a block north of the property that also has gas pumps. A Publix grocery store is just a little further north. Many buildings are being rebuilt or torn down since Hurricane Ian, so there aren't as many places to go very close, but plenty to find north and south of the Estero Beach Club and are close enough by by bike or car. The community's front pond's fountain was not in working order yet. Everyone was very nice a considerate. You'll enjoy your stay as we hope to again.
