Great location and view!! Few steps from ocean, Building is old but has big room. Great for big group it was spacious enough for 7 people. Big bed with big kitchen. Cons: Not enough kitchen utensils. Will stay again for our next trip!!

The address for the hotel I booked is inaccurate. It led to one building, but check in was all the way around the corner and down the street. The room is in rough shape and doesn’t look anything like the pictures of the place I booked. The area is decent and a close walk to the beach and activities, but from a lodging standpoint, this is well below the standard I am accustomed to and well short of the pictures and description of the room I booked.

We got the apt which did not show pictures. When we arrived one fo the bed was in living room and the other had it own privacy. It had 2 bathrooms and a nice size kitchen. It is 3 min walking distance to boardwalk. I have been to several places in Hollywood and this one is my fav because of the location.

It was a beautiful room. That had 2 rooms inside of it.So we pretty much lived like in a mini apartment. I love that I could walk outside and have breakfast in front of the osean view. I would definitely stay again in this hotel. It also head a little kitchen and a stove so you could cook your own food.

Worse of the worst.

Where should I start..check in office manages about 5 other hotels. Had no idea office was about a mile away. Walked over with all my luggage and the receptionist ignored me. Waited about 30 minutes for attention. Finally tracked back the mile to our room and it was upstairs with no elevator. They are very unprofessional and obviously never learned customer service skills. Nothing close by to grab a bite to eat. This has to be the worse experience with booking a hotel on Hotels.com.

Location is perfect near beach boardwalk, clean, small town feeling. Breakfast could be organized better, building is showing its age, laundry could be cleaner. Overall we liked it, would definitely come back and recommend it

Hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to the beach. The only upside is that “ lobby” usually would be one/ two block away from the room. Clean, renewed and spacy room. Friendly staff.
