"Clean hotel, though a bit of a wonky layout getting from lobby to out in the parking lot to get the elevator. But very spacious suites. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice breakfast. Stayed overnight for work, and would stay again."

"Loved the Onsen! A lovely end to the day to soak in complete comfort. Can’t wait until the outdoor Onsen is open later this winter. Great crisp linen, and super comfortable bedding. Perfect location and freeway access, but feels like you are in the countryside. Ate in the onsite restaurants two times, and was impressed with the choices available. Will stay again when back in the area!"

"The staff was amazing. The food in the Hal's restaurant was so yummy. Especially the Cheese curds. Kallie was really sweet and polite. Give that kid a raise. We really enjoyed the pool and our relaxing atmosphere. We will stay there again, for sure. We found it nice, to not have a TV in the room. Shared bathrooms were never a problem either. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for helping us enjoy our 25th wedding anniversary. Loved it very much ❤"

"Our room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved the outdoor patio with the fire tables. We sat outside for almost two hours last night enjoying the cool weather and the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. We paid to use the valet service and it was worth it. They got our car back to us quickly and were very helpful with our luggage. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Portland!"

"Great location very near the train station and a variety of restaurants. The room was a bit small but functional and the soundproofing was good (no train noise). The breakfast was pretty basic but functional. The staff were excellent. They were always very helpful. I had already checked out of the hotel and left my bags for pickup on the way to the airport and was going about my day when my flight changed and I needed to stay another night. The staff rebooked me in the same room at a good rate. You can pay to park in their garage or park street side if you only need to park briefly or overnight for free (plenty of parking, but limited to two hours between 9 and 6)."
