  • One of Folly's Best! This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom corner condo is located in luxury community of Mariner's Cay. Tennis courts and pool are available for use during your stay and a lovely view of the river, marina, and marshes that extend for miles. The sunsets from this unit are something you do not want to miss! There is a wraparound porch perfect to take in the surrounding sights. It can be accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen has upgraded granite counter tops and a laundry closet with brand new washer and dryer. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away and downtown Charleston can be reached in about 20 minutes. Stroll over the bridge onto Center Street and find all the restaurants and shops Folly has to offer! This location cannot be beat! The neighborhood has a gated entrance and 1 gate access card is provided. *This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property** Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs. Clean Sweep does not allow pets. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building or elevator. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Clean Sweep - The condo was in great shape. Weekend traffic to the beach did make the commute alittle longer than needed. Internet and TV connections were spotty and would hang up often especially at night. Overall, it was an excellent experience and would stay there again.

The view is everything. The place was comfortable, beds were good, living room was spacious, and we loved the little game table. Location was in good proximity to everything we needed. We did come in December so it was cold out but I imagine coffee on the back porch is absolutely lovely. Can’t go wrong with this pick.

Wonderful Time

Exactly as described, beautiful condo,amazing sunsets,and the added plus an elevator.Also, I fell in love, with of all things, the cookware. I had to order a set for myself when I returned home.Overall, truly wonderful time,visiting with my son,and daughter-in-law, and of course my beautiful grandchildren.

We cannot say enough good things about our visit. The views of the marsh were amazing. The condo was beautiful and clean and spacious. The location was convenient to the beach and downtown. We didn’t want to leave!

The residents on the condo were very nice and friendly to my kids. It smelled so clean upon arrival. The location was great; walking distance to the beach, it’s just over the bridge and about 8 miles to downtown Charleston. The view of the river was great and relaxing. The porch was also screened in as well. We will definitely be back again.

Gorgeous Marsh Views- Beautiful Sunset

Great place, well-maintained and very clean. Met all of our needs and the porch and views of the marsh and sunset exceeded our expectations! Only recommendation would be some blackout curtains or shades for the front two bedrooms- they were very bright with the twin room having the exterior complex lights shining through all night. Would be easy enough to bring or rig something for future stays. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great view and location!

Very lovely condo. The wrap around porch provides a spectacular view. Condo was roomy and well equipped (except desperately needs better coffee mugs!!) We were mainly here because our daughter is at CofC, and the location is perfect for going between the beach and into Charleston. It is nicely secluded from the businesses of Folly, but such a short ride to get to the beach. We definitely look forward to planning some future stays!
