"Parking was difficult. Apparently, our room didn't qualify for driveway parking; we had to park on the street. Got a good spot upon arrival, but we were hesitant to drive for fear of losing a parking spot on a street with few first come street parking. Nice elderly ladies, one told me she was in her 80's, cleaned and stocked continental breakfast. Easy to talk with, but kept telling me how exhausted she was having to work. I felt sorry for her, but... The Old Porch room was unexpectantly VERY small. Good for a single traveler, not a couple. We were reassured to see the cockroach traps set."

"Uber cuter with clean, new furnishings. Well stocked kitchen although we didn’t cook. Absolutely spotless! New and comfortable furniture, inside and out. Comparable mattress too. We don’t use the sofa bed but the sofa itself and chair are in great condition and super comfortable. Very convenient to everything! We parked the car and walked everywhere. Right at the beach entrance too. Close to Rita’s, the convenience store and several other eateries and bars. Will DEF return!"

"Beautiful view of the beach and fishing pier from this third floor walk up unit! The home was stocked well with everything we needed for our stay. We contacted the property manager several times and she was quick to reply and address the issue. Convenient walk to everything on Folly. Perfect location and so great to have an assigned parking space for our use."
