"Great place! Very surprised with the property, better than I thought it would be. All the staff was amazing! All very kind and helpful! Especially the young man putting up our beach accommodations! I love that you don’t have to go anywhere once you’re there! Only one thing I didn’t see was an area to buy things that you might forget when traveling, tooth brush, toothpaste and etc. Restaurant had great food and prices were decent. We will definitely be going back and staying longer! "

"Love the feel of the hotel, the room was inviting and large, the breakfast was tasty, the valet was patient as was Eduardo that helped with the trolley to the room. Unfortunately, the ladies at the front desk, afternoon checkin, evening, and checkout in the am were dismissive and curt. John was as much nicer. One can no in a kinder tone. The Hyatt was super nice overall! "
