they charge for parking, gym is next hotel over, beds are uncomfortable, cleaning product has super strong smell that the room needs aired out. Staff is great though, hotel is clean, breakfast is decent.

Room was very clean! Breakfast was good for a continental style menu, the area is safe, only 1.2 walkable miles to the Castillo de San Marcos. The property was super well lit with Christmas lights and rooms were cozy and remodeled.

The room was in good condition. However, the thermostat in the room appeared to be not adjustable. We stayed during the cold spell and the room was cold at night and we were without extra blankets. By morning the heat was blowing hard again even though we had not changed the thermostat.

I had a great experience at the hotel. I originally booked a room with one king bed, but I realized I actually needed two queen beds. The front desk agent was extremely friendly and promptly changed my room without any issues. Excellent customer service!

The staff was great. Our room didn’t have hot water for the shower it was so cold and the floor hadn’t been mopped it was really dirty. Overall not bad but they really need to make sure to mop the floor for next check in.
