I was disappointed that the backyard area was off limits to guests. The owner's family lived on the property and the yard was for their use. "The cottage was home away from home. Very safe neighborhood. Private Parking, fenced in backyard. We were allowed to let our pets run outside. nice outdoor patio to set with family. Have a few drinks and snacks. Before we had gotten there, I mentioned to Pat that our backs were bad, and he took note and immediately. raised the bed. We had very nice sleep nights. Everything was of today and new Pat is very accommodating along with his wife. If there's any problems, they take care of it...

"We really enjoyed staying here. The property was exactly as described in the listing!!!! Many things available for use while there...such as beach towels, chairs, kayaks, games, lounge chairs, Netflix on the TVs, and soooo much more. We were here in early May and saw manatees as well! The only thing worth noting is that the stairs might be difficult to climb for anyone elderly or walking handicap."
