"Room was very clean and comfortable. has refrigerator and microwave in room. Staff always friendly. Hotel is very close to old town Florence and restaurants .Steep driveway and limited parking, but still my favorite place to stay in Florence. "

"Our room smelled like it had had a wet dog staying in it. There’s no place to hang towels in the bathroom but they made sure to hang a non descript picture on the wall where a really nice towel rack would’ve been ideal. Everything seemed kind of dirty, dingy, and shabby, and the refrigerator was quite loud. The lady at checkout was very friendly and so was the young lady who did breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you just need a quick place to hang your hat for the night. "
