7.8/10 Good! (861 reviews)
Although the apartment was fine, unfortunately the same building is been used for social housing. It was very noisy at night due to parties and other disruption. We had to evacuate the building at 530AM when somebody under the influence set off fire extinguishers and fire alarms. The fire service and the police were called. Also be aware, the reception is only open between 9AM and 5PM. If arriving after 5PM, you must have been in contact with reception, emailed your identification document and paid a deposit before being given the access code. This should have been made more clear when the booking was made.

Used wine glasses in our room upon arrival, soap dispensers at sink unusable unless you pull them out from under the cupboard, poor ventilation in the bathroom.

8.2/10 Very good! (633 reviews)
"The hotel was an alright stay. But I originally got the wrong room given to me which was okay as the staff fixed the issue very quickly. The room that I ended up getting was nice but a bit dirty. A couple of stains on the carpet and walls. The pool looked really nice. The buffet breakfast was a bit ..."
