It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

The property is great. Located near Mt Etna and wine country. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is exceptional including all of the restaurant staff. If I had one observation to improve it would be the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They are not always available and do not always respond ti email.

"Great stay - amazing view and great local reception. We really liked the house, the design is simple but beautiful and everything worked well. Outside shower is a great plus and the walk is not crazy bad. Better to have your own vehicle."
