Illa Experience Hotel is an absolutely beautiful property with both historic and modern elements. Our room (a second floor suite with views of the charming street) was incredibly spacious and well appointed. Indeed, the entire hotel was renovated with thoughtful details. The service was off the charts... seriously - the kindest, most helpful staff ever. They went out of their way to make our stay a pampered one - from accommodating a late check out to sourcing needed medicine in Quito. And the view from the second floor bar of the hills and the Angel of Quito was breathtaking. What a treat!

Showers is so amazing but the products shampoo a conditioner cream soap are spa level, food is gourmet but the service is upscale, coffe at the room is Omg and the bed the pillows the little details like delicious water a plate with amazing local fruits desert and orange juice as welcome ! A básquet of local snacks … and the fountain at night sound as rain ! What can I say just Amazing
