Lovely room in a historic building, very clean, yet modern amenities, gorgeous bathroom and heated towel rack.. only complain is the shower leaked out of the side and flooded the bathroom floor. Rooftop bar overlooking the arno was a highlight, as well as the breakfast. One of the best included hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Perfect location as well. Loved it overall and would definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The onsite restaurant was amazing and the staff was very attentive and helpful. There are nice wineries and restaurants nearby too and the concierge made very helpful recommendations and reservations for us.
Use the hotel name (and not just the address) since the Apple Maps and Google Maps gets confused otherwise.

Parking is a huge problem, efen when you book it in advance. There is a long walk and then you have to enter code multiple times. It would be good if the valet takes your car and brings it back.

"It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)"
