"Huge room with all the amenities including a kitchenette imbedded into the wall. The breakfast was ample and delicious with fresh juices and a large selection. The front desk staff were super helpful with directions, recommendations, and helped us book a show. Also close enough to the main part of the city to get around easily but away from a lot of the noise and traffic. Very convenient to the airport as well."

"Positives: - Main lobby and surrounding area was very nice & modern. - A lot of toiletries & towels offered in room. - Small water bottles offered and replenished daily, which was appreciated, free of charge. - Local grocery store very close by, within a few minutes walk. - 5 min walk to Metro station. - Local area with some stores and restaurants was within a 20 min walk. - Breakfast was available for a charge. - Metro was fairly easy to navigate, inexpensive and clean. Negatives: - Not close to major attractions. Being our first time in Madrid, was not aware how far most things were. You have to take the Metro or cab everywhere. - Cleaning staff would start cleaning rooms by 9 am and it was extremely noisy and disruptive. Walls seemed paper thin and you could hear the vacuum and banging of furniture up against the wall, literally waking us up most mornings. - Room was a bit small."

"The room was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very excellent. The issues….firstly, the first room we were in was next to a room under construction. The banging and drilling and hammering began early and ended late. We were woken up by the noise and disturbed by the noise in the afternoon. We asked just to be moved to a room of the same class as we were in but without noise. The 2nd room was so small we were tripping over each other. It was probably 1/2 the size of the previous one. The bathroom was so tiny that 2 people could not be in it at the same time. The room was clean. The amenities were fine BUT it was definately no where near the value of the other room. We were so tired that we found a way to make ourselves comfortable as we were not moving again! We also want to note…the walls were so thin we heard the water running, the hair dryer blowing, and the conversations of the room next to us. As far as location…you can’t ask for better. As far as staff etc…..they were truly professional. Other than the room, our stay was great."

"My only complaints would be with communication. The front desk explained to us that we would have a two for one breakfast buffet promotion. We had breakfast at the buffet one day but not the next day. They never told us the promotion was only valid if we had the buffet both days. Do we got charged full price. There didn’t seem to be any language barrier as the person at the desk spoke English quite well. The room was decent and clean. The safe did not work at all and the tv volume wasn’t very good. Otherwise, the stay was decent."
