The property was okay. But, around the next block was the red light district. Also the sink in the bathroom was plugged the whole time we were there. It was in an excellent location near downtown,and close to the lake .

For a hotel that is close to the airport, it's not so convenient if you don't have a car. Shuttle costs, it takes multiple stops on 2 buses, or Uber at 25 euro minimum.
