"Amazing guest services starting from checkin, every day greetings and excellent breakfast options. The hotel staff was so nice that they arranged surprised balloons and cake to celebrate by daughter’s birthday. Eleanora at the front desk was very kind in making us feel at home! We have a magnificent mountain peak view from our room and this hotel is just minutes away from train station, restaurants and stores."

"At first, I thought we were at the wrong place! It doesn’t look like the typical hotel that we know and the building is old. We were welcomed with a vintage elevator. Our kids were scared to get in but honestly, it was a different but kinda fun experience. When we arrived their lobby was a mess! There were boxes everywhere. The lady receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Since we arrived a little early, she let us store our luggage so we can explore while waiting for our room to be ready. After few hours, we went back to check in, and wow! What a surprise! It’s like a different hotel. It was organized and clean! When we got our keys and enter our room, "

"You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. The town itself and walk down to Gimmelwald is so enchanting that we were constantly in a state of awe!! Small grocery store and all you need are in Mürren, along with extremely efficient cable car service. "

"The only thing that I can says its missing was the AC forvthe top rooms can get pretty hot upstairs in the summer months. "

"This was the most amazing property. The rooms are all very different and we did have an issue on our first night with noise and the room temperature (it was unseasonably hot and there is no AC). We were moved to a new room in the same category that was so amazing. Would stay again, great spot and wonderful spa area!"
