We celebrated a milestone birthday in Interlaken and could not be more pleased with our choice of hotel!
From the grounds, location and elegance to the incredible staff, our stay was absolutely perfect. We had several special requests for our celebration both inside the hotel and guidance for local activities. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient.
We were always greeted as if by an old friend and asked how our day was. On our special day, flowers, champagne, a card and cake were sent to our room; beyond comprehension that such a level of service exists. Old world service and charm.
If you have not been to Interlaken or the region, it is a bucket list level location. My partner comment, "I only imagined such beauty existed in films".
We will be back and are very grateful for our experience. 10/10!
