Problem checking in needs attention.
No contact or keycode sent.
Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though.
It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels.

If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in
Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

Fantastic place! The grounds are amazing! We stayed for 2 nights our wedding anniversary in the Gingerbread House. Wonderful! Very spacious and lovely bed! Power shower too! The food here is also amazing as are the staff. Can't do enough for you. Will definitely go again and can't recommend enough!

What a lovely stay at HomeHotels! Room was a good size, very clean and Lyndsay was so helpful from the get-go. Will stay again if we're going to a concert at Anfield. Appreciated the muffins too!

Our stay was okay. Had it not been for a great breakfast I would probably have said otherwise. I booked a triple room as was visiting with my son and were a disabled room which meant we had an adapted bathroom/wetroom. There were no hooks for clothes in the bathroom so everything got soaked. No shelf space in the bathroom to put anything at all. attempted to do makeup in bedroom when I realised that the lighting was really poor (one overhead spotlight and x2 bedside spotlights only). Not even a desk lamp. The room was hot with no air-con, simply a noisy old desk fan. The pillows had seen better days and the carpet was crusty. Thank goodness for the excellent breakfast.

Perfect location and perfectly clean room. This is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay.
Only negative was that it could’ve done with a little fridge, and the shower/bath taps have a mind of their own, even with the instructions.
