Deep water slips and covered dry boat storage available through the marina. Private fishing charters are also available nearby. It was nice to drive in an area that is not wall to wall people. The beaches on Boca Grande are very nice with great accommodations. The access to fishing is everywhere in the area. The golf courses are close by as well. We took advantage of them all. Margie was always a text away with great insight into the best of services in the area. The pool area and the grounds at the Marina Condo are well kept. The boats in the small harbor are interesting just like the people. The working boat yard across the way got a bit loud at times while launching boats. We noticed this because of a few too many rain days.
