"The room was damp carpet was wet dehumidifier in the room was not working. I would suggest not having carpeting in rooms where pets are allowed to stay. Overall very disappointed with this property. "

"The house was just what we were looking for and our. Hosts thought of everything - a fully appointed kitchen, etc., to include throw blankets for the few chilly nights in FL. Our hosts were attentive while respecting “our” space. They made everything easy and cared that things were as we wanted them. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed for one full week with our three boys. Stacie was amazing. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious. The pool area is gorgeous and well maintained and plenty of towels porrovided. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare your groceries and is very spacious with extra seating. The king bed is very soft in the master and the on suite in the master has plenty of room for stowing away your clothing during your stay. Our boys had no co.llaints about the twin beds in the second room and there is also plenty of storage space in there. The garage is large and mostly empty which came in very handy for rambunctious kids to play games. Washer and dryer being on site with soap available is a life saver. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to local shops, restaurants and grocery options as well. Stacie was very responsive and super gracious when our youngest with mobility issues accidentally fell on the trash can lid in the kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again and even explore her other properties locally. Highly recommend! "

"The pool was the highlight of our stay, which was warm and inviting. We spent our days exploring various beaches and the nights swimming, fishing off the dock, and relaxing in the covered outdoor area."

"Safety and privacy were not made a priority. The entry door into the unit had a glass window panel - there was a covering over the bottom half, but the top window was clear glass no cover, anyone could look in and see the living area and kitchen. The brown curtains in the front bedroom were see thru - streetlight shown into the room and again I could see out and anyone could see me inside Locks on the back bedroom and bathroom doors and door knobs were stuck in the locked position. "fully updated kitchen in the listing - had no working ice maker or plastic ice cube trays to make ice. Mattresses sub standard. Response from Vacasa when repotted was we provided picture of the unit you should have known about these things - curtains were open in the front bedroom photo, entry door showed cover on both panes of glass. Disappointed in situation and lack of response from Vacasa even after I sent photos of the see thru curtains and the entry door. "
