"I would recommend this hotel for families with children. The room ( Two bedroom King suite) was spacious and worked well for our group. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hallways could be a bit noisy at night, but it is a family resort. I did wish the bathroom door was a proper door. It was a non locking sliding barn door and it didn’t give much privacy. We also would have appreciated two bathrooms for a room that accommodates 8 people. We would stay here again. I was surprised at check in to find the hotel is actually multiple properties. We were at the Aiden Best Western location just down the road from the water park. You can still walk to the water park, but it was further than I expected."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Bayside Resort in West Yarmouth! The entire property was exceptionally clean, including our room. We especially loved having both an indoor and outdoor pool to enjoy, and the kids had so much fun playing in the arcade! The staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and responsive to all of our needs. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the resort, especially the Adirondack chairs overlooking Lewis Bay and the cozy fire pits at night. The complimentary breakfast each morning was another wonderful amenity and made our stay even more enjoyable. Bayside Resort is a beautiful, relaxing, and family-friendly place to stay. We would absolutely return!"
