« The house overall was good. The upkeep could have been a lot better. There are a few boards on the floor that are coming up. There is a brick that is loose in the family room. In the hallway bathroom, the rack on the wall is broken(a screw is missing) It did feel like the house(inside and outside) was not professionally cleaned in awhile. We came across a few spider webs and spiders in a few corners of the house. We couldn't really enjoy the outside scenery because there were spider webs...

« General cleanliness. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Multiple spiders/bugs throughout. There was also a mug growing mold that was left by the kitchen sink. We ended up not staying over night. We just used the space to get a ready for the wedding we were attending in the area. »

« After a short power interruption caused by a fallen tree in town, we got settled in. Very cute small house, with some great local activities. We hiked the loop and up the recommended nearby trail, explored the Grand Caverns and enjoyed the Alpine Goat Brewery. A peaceful and enjoyable stay. »

« Lovely property with quiet, wraparound deck from which to enjoy the wildlife. Lots of birds, deer, and bunny rabbits as well as the cows that came to the fence in the afternoons. We enjoyed the fire pit and JJ filled up the wood pile for us more than we expected! We were looking forward to enjoying the very clean hot tub, but the weather did not cooperate - next time!
