"Great breakfast clean rooms, and great beds"

"We used it for a place to stay while visiting a family member in Denver. Did not need to use the restaurant on site but it looked wonderful. We did use the bar and the bartender was excellent and very friendly. There were no restaurants within walking distance since it was in a very safe business area but we knew that when booking. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Did not expect to get such a lovely hotel for the price we paid but we were there in the beginning of May which was off-season."

"Out strip started with being put in a room that smelled like an ash tray, but they did move us when we requested a new room. The rooms were clean for the most part but not very friendly for families - we have two boys 6 and 4 and there wasn’t enough room for us to sit so we were in the beds even though we requested a suit. The only 6-7 star I’d give would be for the beds - ours was comfortable. The pool was closed. We were mostly disappointed and won’t be coming back, which sucks because I’ve been staying there since I was in my teens with my family. It’s definitely lost its luster."

"When we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly and kind Jamie. She was welcoming, clearly loved her job and the hotel. She was full of information and knowledge of the hotel and area. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. I felt safe and comfortable. The restaraunt had delicious food and wonderful kind, friendly and helpful staff. I've stayed here multiple times and will definitely be back!"

"Very noisy, paper thin walls and floors. Paid for room in advance, ask to move to higher floor due to noise issues. Staff moved to room that smelled very bad. Manager came up next day and said staff shouldnt have moved us, kicked us out of room. Was very rude and irate. We were already settled and stayed. Had a son that was handicapped and they forced us out of hotel because they made a mistake and assigned the room to someone else. Glad it all happened though because we stayed at a much better hotel Parks Residential. Low class people at this hotel. Do NOT waste your money!"

"Great location-restaurant inside hotel had great breakfast & service! Very reasonable! Clean throughout. The only issue was the towels were like sandpaper!"

"We stayed here two nights while having a family member at UC Hospital. The bathtub had a stream of water running all night, could not get it to turn off. Refrigerator said it was on max yet did not cool and stunk so bad. The couch was stained. Sheets had some stains and hair attached to it when we pulled back the covers. The carpet had sticky spots all over. And we woke up the next morning with no water in the toilet. When we headed down for breakfast I told the clerk at the desk. He wrote it down. When we got back, I asked that clerk and he knew nothing about it, had no record I had reported it. Yet when we came back that evening, NOTHING had been done. We were tired after a very long day sitting at hospital, we just dealt with it. The breakfast consisted of powder eggs (so gross) sausage, waffles, cereal, and yogurt. We did not bother to eat breakfast the second day. It was an ok stay. However, they need to spend more time cleaning and get some better breakfast options."
