Turns out that the breakfast wasn't provided as advertised, just a couple (literally a couple) of condiments being salt, pepper, vegemite and tea/ coffee. No coffee maker. Only instant coffee. Small UHT milk in fridge. That was it.Spa bath motor turns on, jets don't work. Very unhappy. Water pressure very low so took an eternity to fill the bath only to the find out the jets didn't work.No swing in the bedroom as in the photos. Has been removed.Parking was not undercover even though there is a carport attached to the property. That is for one of the cottages apparently.Property clean enough and heaters work, but was very much lacking all of the advertised extras that were the deciding factors for us, booking this place over others that in hindsight would have been better. ##### Rachael F.
