Checked in early and was given a room that I wasn't happy with as the view was disappointing and I had paid for a view. Cynthia was on the front desk and was very understanding she allowed me to stay in the room until one came available and then changed my room. The room was amazing and so was the room.

Very well kept facility/property. Depending on restaurants you choose, a vehicle will be needed. The check-in staff (young gentleman)…was pleasant and very helpful.

The breakfast buffet has amazing fresh fruit and dinner was also very good.
Nice bar area.
The pool wasn't open for the season yet but looked like a good place to hang out.
Our room has a balcony overlooking the lake.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioner in our room was very loud and has difficulty cooling the room.
