"At the hotel. Everything was amazing. The downside of it was Expedia Bad customer service. Bad understanding and communication. Unuseful staff not booking through Expedia ever again."

The new room the TV wasn’t working and the hostess came to trouble shoot to get it successfully working. She was pleasant"
