Small complex with one owner and all units & outside patios are now Marijuana Smoke Free! (Cigarette smoking still allowed). This amazing 2 Bedroom/1 bath newly remodeled condo is just off Bagnell Dam. This small quiet complex has a great view overlooking the marina. (Private Marina, no overnight boat rental slips). Exceptionally clean and spacious! Just a block off of Bagnell Dam Strip so it's a short drive (or walk) to many restaurants, bar & grills, and shopping.. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and utensils. All linens and towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soaps are provided. Just need to bring personal belongings and beach towels. Condo is part of a 4 unit on a private 5 acre estate right in town. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The only consideration is there isn’t really any access to the water if you are planning on walking to the lake for fishing, etc. if you have other accommodations for accessing the lake then this unit would be perfect. A bonus for the daily deer sightings! That's so important to us! The lake deco was a nice touch. The deers that live on the property are used to visitors so they don't run away when you are very near by. That was enjoyable to experience.
