Breakfast buffet was plentiful and well stocked. The room was tastefully decorated. Bed was so comfortable. I slept so well. Very clean hotel and staff was very nice.

I was in unit two, very clean with a nice balcony. The only downfall was there is no sink in the bathroom or a place to put toiletries and there was not a chair in the room.. the first night I was there. The smoke alarm battery was going and maintenance. Repaired it right away very helpful and friendly staff.

Everything was perfect! Only hiccup was check-in was a big delayed and after 4pm but they gave us free champagne.

The service was below average. Staff couldn’t give us any advice on what to do in Denver as tourists. We had to ask to have our room cleaned after three days. When we asked for clean towels they set them on the floor outside our room. If you are looking for good service and the little extras that make a difference to a comfortable stay? This isn’t it. It’s a bare minimum hotel.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I travel to Denver every month this year and have been trying out different hotels and this one was BY FAR the best!! The staff went above and beyond and the room was immaculate. This is THE spot.
