Lovely stay at Alexande Gala. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of space at the pool, although sadly some people would claim their spots early and not appear until the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, had an issue with being overcharged on checkout but this was later resolved. Food was OK, a good range but not always to my taste or very warm. Spa was lovely on an overcast day. Central location, just off the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants very nearby. Great spot to go for a walk to Costa Adeje or Los Cristianos. Only advice is to keep an eye on what you order, all purchases are added to your room and you pay at the end, you could easily overspend if you aren't careful.

It is a small boutique hotel where all employees going well above and beyond while taking care of the guests. From hotel reception (Victoria helped us a lot) to serving staff of the signature restaurant - everybody was about guests.

Perfectly ok for 1 night prior to cruise.
Easy to find and easy to access using PIN code.
Beware no reception in evening and NO lift.
Room smelt musty and damp.
Breakfast very poor.
Very expensive for what you get.
If I’m ever in need of a night stay in Tenerife again between north airport and cruise terminal I won’t stay here again.
