"We had a fantastic stay at Masanet Emblematic Hotel Las Palmas! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. To top it off, the food was absolutely delicious and the overall service was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. "The hotel is in good condition and the reception is good. The room needs more storage space or shelves for luggage or belongings. The bathrooms lack of hooks or towel racks, and there's no place to dry clothes as we are near the beach. The breakfast is very acceptable."
