"The rooms are very noisy, and you can hear any movement outside as if you were on the street. This is because the doors do not have a threshold at the bottom, and it also makes the rooms very cold. There is no heating. Secondly and most importantly: There is a lack of honesty in their dealings. The room price online is around 1350 Egyptian pounds, but I didn't book through the internet. "I stayed at Marriott Mena House and it exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Pyramids of Giza, with the most incredible view you can imagine. My room looked directly at the Great Pyramid and waking up to that sight was absolutely unforgettable. The property is well maintained with lush gardens, a beautiful pool, and a blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Service was excellent. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast overlooking the pyramids was another highlight of my stay. If you visit, I recommend booking a Pyramid View room. It is more expensive but worth every cent for the once-in-a-lifetime experience. Overall, this is the best hotel in Giza and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo."
