"Air conditioning only functions to warm the room but not to cool it down. In March, our 25th story room was too hot for my wife to sleep comfortably. Summer may be hard to bear for some. All night parties on the roof also kept us up at night due to noise. We had our windows open for temperature regulation due to the lack of AC, and it may not have been as noisy if they were closed. However, I don't understand why any hotel would allow parties all night until dawn, 5:30, on the roof. The bedding had stains. However, the white marble bathroom was obviously clean, and I appreciated the smell of vinegar from cleaning in all of the towels. The staff were great, and the breakfast was spectacular. I just had a lot of difficulty being comfortable in my room and sleeping due to noise."

"Good location, little bit outside the main city centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurant nearby plus walking distance of multiple metro stations. Friendly staff throughout our stay in the hotel. Very clean and spacious room, would have preferred to have a double bed instead of two singles pushed together. Bar area is very nice to sit in, staff is attentive and prices are reasonable for a hotel. Would definitely recommend to fellow travellers that prefer to stay a bit outside of the busy city centre!"

"Lots of construction going on around the train station which is where the hotek is located. The hotel could make the entrance easier to find by putting up signage in the vicinity. Was advised by the hotel that construction work was going on in the statuon, but our stay was not affected by any noise."

"The hotel charged for additional beds and breakfasts that were not clearly disclosed n the booking terms on hotels.com. At check-in, under confusing circumstances (including reservation errors on the hotel's side), adjustments were made without a witten quotation or clear confirmation of total costs. Although some fees were paid at check-in, further charges were added at check-out without informed consent. This raises concerns about undisclosed pricing and lack of transparent authorization."

"Great central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and fully functional. My only complaint was a bit of noise from the neighboring room - the walls seemed pretty thin."
