« It was a great location if you want to visit both New York and stay in a quieter neighborhood. It was a fantastic little space that was cozy and well maintained. We loved the space and it was perfect for our family while on holiday. Everything you needed was nearby. There was no stove so we couldn’t make any hot meals but all other kitchen amenities were provided. We would definitely book here again if we come back »

« Don was great, very quick with communication and helpful whenever we needed something! The place is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of backyard space. We’re kind of tall people so at times it felt a bit compact but it suited us well for the timing and price. Don provided us with everything to use the fire pit, which we were very excited to do but it was cold and rainy most of the weekend. Would definitely stay again! »

« This place is perfect for the intrepid, seasoned traveler who is flexible and has a tolerance for change or very small curveballs. This is to say, it was bare bones, safe, clean, roomy, and very manageable. It was as advertised. Common kitchen and bathrooms. BRING A TOWEL!! I was in town, traveling solo, to see some concerts, so it was just what I was looking for. It is in the heart of Little India and the food choices were over-the-top wonderful with many vendors open until 3am. »

« Clean and neat apartment close to many restaurants and shops. Chris was kind and responded to my questions through messages. Towels were provided, all the supplies needed in the house were provided by Chris. We loved the stay and will definitely come back.
