The check in process was painless and the front desk worker was insanely helpful with answering our questions about public transportation, as there were major closures that I was unprepared for. I appreciated the willingness to help us navigate the city. We got a free upgraded room and it was so fancy! My daughter loved the pool and foosball table on the property. We had a blast and are grateful for this experience!

Only stayed one night to be closer to the Edinburgh Airport. Was given an accessible room. Didn’t need, and the toilet didn’t flush very well, but it was clean, comfortable and didn’t need to haul my luggage very far to the elevator. At the end of a trip, that was a blessing. Overall, though, my experience was a bit better during a week-long stay this past November. I would stay again.
