(1,004 reviews) The grounds and ambieance were excellent beyond expectatyions and the staf were extremely friendly. But, there was no hot water. And when we reported that, the answer was that they had been having probelms with hot water in the hiostoric rooms -- ours was a historic room, namely room 19.; They did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem and we ended up having to take ice cold showers. If they knew that there had been problems, why did they place us in that room? I also noticed that our room had access to an outdoor pagtio -- but there were no lounges to stretch out on -- just uncon fortable chair and a table.
