"Disappointed that hot tub wasn’t working. Parking is limited. Parking on street kind of a hassle. Shower head was clogged, luckily I knew how to clean it and restore good flow. Location is excellent. Design and decor very nice. Rooftop bar a plus. Would I stay here again, probably"

"Lodge has been recently renovated resulting in comfortable and well designed rooms. Room with patio area facing Grand Traverse Bay had an amazing view and enjoyable outdoor seating. Room rate after Labor Day but before fall colors was a very good value."

"When we checked in, our receptionist offered breakfast items in advance since we had an early departure prior to the breakfast hours. The room was comfortable and clean. They included complimentary waters and kettle corn, too! The downtown area was just a short walk over the river for shopping and dining. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Overall we had a great stay at a new modern place with an awesome location. Some negatives we experienced were a minor smell of smoke in the room, a musty smell in the hallway outside of our room, and also I disliked the lack of communication that I wouldn’t be getting my code to my room until exactly 4:00. I got there 15 min early and was very confused about how to check in."

"Loved the modern minimalist decor. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Our view of the water was great. The one night we spent as we were passing through on our vacation felt like a special retreat. We loved walking to nearby shops and restaurants which were so close by! Awesome hotel we highly recommend and would love to return to!"
