"An enjoyable stay with old school charm. Club Quarters features a truly comfortable lounge/lobby that invites social activity and reflection, enhanced with a guest cappuccino/coffee/tea brewery machine. My room on the third floor had high ceilings, a nespresso.machine, a nicely appointed bathroom and shower that had.strong water pressure and immediate hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The one minor challenge I encountered is that that two built in outlets on the desk were worn out - I was able to find a wall outlet that worked but if I had traveled with several devices I might've have had to rotate plugging them in. Also a minor concern - there are paid snacks available in the room - while all five jars had snacks only three had seals so hard to know whether that was by design or if an earlier guest had removed two seals. I did let Mateo - an outstanding host and communicator, manning the desk - know. Based upon the beautiful sitting area, the comfort of the room, and the top shelf staff I would not hesitate to return to this gem of hospitality and accommodation."

"Everything was perfect! Great stay, comfortable bed, i slept like a baby, great neighborhood. Looks exactly like pictures, lots of food places around aswell. Host was an amazing communicator and super sweet! Definitely will be coming back. "

"The space itself was fine, and the overall location great, but our experience with the host was frustrating enough to warrant a warning for future guests. The listing stated that a parking permit could be provided for a fee, and at check-in, the host even sent a photo of a physical permit, reinforcing that expectation. When we followed up to arrange one, communication broke down quickly. He was evasive and never answered questions directly. When we raised the parking issue by phone, he insisted his listing had never promised parking (it had), and spent most of the call lecturing us about how city parking works rather than listening to our concern. He offered to request a permit from the city but couldn't say when (or honestly, whether) it would come through. When we asked him to recommend nearby unpermitted blocks, he admitted he didn't know but suggested we put him on speaker while we drove around so he could help in real time. That wasn't a useful solution. What stood out most was his tone: dismissive, defensive, and condescending throughout. He spoke over us and never allowed us to get a word in. We left feeling talked down to rather than supported. "

"This stay was great, lot to do around walking distance, and safe area, next to coffee/donut shop. Must check it out!! People are super friendly. Alberto was great, and communitive! Will book again!Only downside was parking, was very difficult to find.Cleanliness was the other downside. "
