There are three issues that we had. The first is that the bed feels quite hard. It may be more comfortable with a foam bed topper. Second, the air condition in the unit is from an in unit AC unit that kept the bedroom cool, but the rest of the apartment was much warmer. There needs to be a better solution for cooling in the living area of the apartment which was very large. Lastly, we didn't find the furniture very comfortable in the living room. When we got up in the morning, before leaving for the day, we would lounge in the living room, enjoying coffee and bagels. My wife couldn't really find a comfortable place to sit. The couch is quite firm.The layout is excellent, and there is plenty of room for two people here. You could spend time making a gourmet meal in the kitchen because the island is huge and there is plenty of space to prepare a meal. The bathroom isn't going to fit two people at once, but it was adequate. This apartment was convenient for our purposes. It was in a quiet little town, within a block of the Foundry for dinner and the South Arm Cafe for breakfast. Parking was also convenient as we were able to park right in front of the apartment in the evenings. We were gone during the day so did not interfere with parking for local businesses.
