Sleeps 18, perfect for families/large groups This Disciples Ridge condo is located directly on the Boyne Mountain property and is perfect for a larger group coming to ski, bike, golf, or gather for a special event! Just a note, we also have another Disciples Ridge condo one building away. And, we rent many other Disciples and Mountain Villas at Boyne Mountain, should you need more space. This condo is loaded with amenities and is large enough to accommodate 1, 2, 3 or more families. A short walk takes you to the middle of Boyneland run and, from there, you can access the base of the mountain and all that the resort at Boyne Mountain has to offer. Or, hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain. This well-appointed condo is nicely decorated and includes new living area furniture, a fireplace and lots of space for everyone. It includes a fully remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and a bar. The entryway has been remodeled to house skis, boards and all your ski gear. It sleeps 16 in beds and 18 with the sleeper sofa. This condo rents as a full unit and has 3 levels with 2 kitchens and 2 dens so there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different activities. The main floor of this property includes two bedrooms and an enclosed loft. The first bedroom has two queens, the master has a king and the uppermost level has two queens. The main level also has three full baths (the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub), den with sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen and a deck with patio set. The lower level of the condo is accessed via an internal stairwell as well as its own separate outside entrance. Two more bedrooms are in the lower level, one with a queen bed and the other with two queen beds. One full bath, den and additional kitchen are also on this level. However, there were no supplies in the lower unit and what was there was dirty when we arrived. There were no dish towels or dish cloths, only 2 coffee cups, and no spatula. The kitchen floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, there were no light bulbs in any of the lamps in the bedrooms, and the patio was filthy (both upstairs and downstairs). We had an issue with one of the toilets over flowing the first day, but maintenance was quick to respond to correct the issue. When they came I asked them to bring dish towels. What they brought were like old rags. Totally unacceptable for a property such as this! If you are going to rent out both units they both need to be stocked. Overall I would stay here again, but come better prepared. I have never stayed in a Vrbo that was so poorly stocked. Correcting these items would make this property a much better experience for your guests. ##### Amy D. The accommodation was spotless, getting there with the GPS information and other instructions very helpful.The only item missing was the curtain control in the king bedroom. We all had our own bedrooms and having four bathrooms and four showers was wonderful. The hosts were very responsive and the place had needed amenities. The description was of the rental was accurate. I would recommend Timber North Vacation Management to others. We had small children and it was great to be able to walk to the Boyne resort and not have to pack in a car. Also there was simple things to enjoy with the little ones as well as water park too. It had plenty of rooms. The set up of the condo is nice with a downstairs door directly to basement and upstairs door. It isn't to far from the ski hill. Would recommend it.
