"Room was nice but I took 3 tries to get a clean room. The first two I walked in and the rooms had not been clean. The receptionist then took me to a room to make sure it was cleaned. Secondly they had one receptionist then a few minutes later a second receptionist came but by that time there were 10 to 15 people in line waiting to check in. Why don’t you online check-in as many of your competitors have."
