"The place is clean and safe and well located. The staff are friendly. I’m updating review after multiple stays because: The digital system doesn’t work and requires more staff effort to go back and fix errors. Trying to save money by skimping on little things is obvious: the fancy coffee maker in the guest lobby is always out of milk, the fancy refillable shampoo and soap dispenser in each shower is broken because it’s cheaply made. The elevators are often not working."

"I called the en on Friday and told them I would not be checking in until Saturday and not to cancel my reservation. I also requested a bath tub. Got there late Saturday. Finally got checked in after they had to reinstate my reservation because they canceled it. Got to room no tub. Went back to lobby got new room. Tub leaked. A tub is a deal breaker. Also while I was there they sent a man to a room that was already occupied and he came back in to get a room. "

"My go to place when in the area. Starting with the excellent staff, the facility/room are clean, above average breakfast, quiet, comfortable bed. There really isn't anything to dislike."

"The hotel was very nice. A little dated, but the room was large. It did bot have a suitcase holder, so the suitcase was on the floor. Breakfast was good."

"The property shows signs of age in many ways. There was a wedding the night we stayed and so that was fun. The pool was incredibly over-crowded and the roof was leaking. The fitness center wasn’t working because it was broke and the roof was leaking in there as well. The breakfast was okay. The bar was also okay. Overall average. If you have a car look into parking via spot here at Burlingame airport parking which is less than half of what the hotel charged and it is a nice little walk along the bay to get to the parking from the hotel."
