"Exceptional room and service for a motel, the front desk called us before we arrived to inform us that the Wifi was temporarily down and apologized profusely. They made sure we were happy with our room and tried to put us in the room that was easiest to access as we had an infant. Really couldn't ask for more, although I wish the bathroom light switch was inside the bathroom."

"Brought together 12 of us plus a baby to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The Lodge provided us with room and bathroom for everyone couple. It was wonderful outdoor and indoor spaces to chat, play games and sit around a campfire. We loved the kayaks! The kitchen had plenty of space to cook and a couple of large tables to eat at. We can’t wait to go back Trevor was a wonderful host who answered all our questions promptly. Thank you Trevor. We will be back"

"The door lock works reasonably well, but there was not a clear explanation of how to use it. Check-in was therefore painful, standing out in the cold at 11pm, trying to raise the landlord on the phone. A clear written explanation would be useful, vetted for accuracy by someone who does not own the lock."
