Even though it’s in our back yard, you’ll have privacy. It’s a small camper , it is best for 1 person, but has everything you will need for a short or long stay. It has a deck with a picnic table and fire pit. We have 130 acres of wooded land that has trails to walk. We are close to Chautauqua lake. Great location, easy access and quick to the concert venue. It's deceptively close to a road with lots of high speed traffic though, so it was somewhat noisier than I'm used to, but otherwise everything was great!
