Villa, pool, amenities (kids activities like s’mores, slime, diving for diamonds), yoga, waterslides and lazy river and hot tubs were all well kept and much enjoyed by our 7 year old. Floors stick,slippey and grimy. Mentioned it right away for a new room but one wasn't available. Staff Would not send a housekeeper to mop. No discount given when asked. I used 2 towels to clean it myself, shown in pictures attached
