« Perfect little cottage for a family of 4 looking to ski / board for a long weekend. Location excellent for catamount (10mins) and about 25 mins from butternut. 5-7 decent restaurants within 15 mins. Kids played in the snow in the backyard. Host was extremely accommodating and communication (didn’t have any issues so I didn’t really need him) was good for any questions. »

« My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. »

« The house was charming. Everything is clean and updated. Everything from the bedding, to the pots, pans, dishes, and towels were of very nice quality. As cold as it was, the walks by the lake were beautiful and peaceful and the firepit was a great way to end the cold winter days. Leticia was always helpful. She thought of everything, so we really didnt need much! »

« Cheryl’s place is a lovely cottage near the lake. We loved everything they did to make our stay more enjoyable, from many pairs of water shoes (definitely helpful for swimming!) to folding chairs, floats, and many different coffee-making options. We also loved the wind chimes and napping bed on the screened-in porch.The swimming was good, although it’s a busy lake with many motor boats. We had some long swims and the water was warm / comfortable. It’s best to swim near shore to avoid the boats....
