Main space open living-dining-kitchen, covered porch overlooking the lake with sofa area table and chairs gas fire table and BBQ. 4 main level bedrooms, Bedroom #1 Queen size bed. Bedroom #2 two bunk beds sleeps 4\. Bedroom #3 two twin beds. Bedroom #4 Queen size bed. Second floor open loft over looking foyer sofa bed full size and printer. Second floor enclosed loft sofa bed queen size, there is a pool table with a ping pong top kids toy and TV in the space it can be used as a fifth bedroom. There is a large deck on the lake with a dock that deck has a sectional sofa with gas fire table table and chairs two lounge chairs on lower deck at water there is a row boat and two kayaks. Copake Lake is a motor boat lake and there is room to dock one boat there during your stay if you bring one. There is a wood burning smokeless fire pit on the ground off the rear porch with Adirondack chairs over looking the lake. Home is designed to work well for large or small groups, all bedrooms are about the same size and all bath rooms are off hallways. Lot is almost an acre of land, and there is room to park many cars. Dinning table holds 10 people , kitchen island has 4 seats. House has cable TV and Internet and A printer. Hit the Catskills, Hudson, and some of the lesser known little hamlets. Wish the leaves had turned a bit more, but still some beautiful colors. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. John was very gracious host and responded promptly with my inquiries in advance of our trip. No issues checking in or with any aspect of the property. Everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property. It's always fun to see all the upgrades John makes, like the new lower deck by the dock! We absolutely love being right on the lake and spent so much of our time on the upper deck watching the boats go by. The kids had the time of their lives with the playroom upstairs, which is such a great touch. The house is also in a great location, 25 minutes from Hudson and 25 minutes from Great Barrington.
