The stairs were a bit of a challenge--we are not as young as we used to be. And we would have loved one chair at least in our room on the third floor but the whole place was neat and inviting. I had a restful weekend trip and the checking in/out process was so easy. My husband got injured before we arrived and Christine was very helpful in arranging for us to move to the 1st floor as soon as the room became available. It was not great. Also- the shower drain was clogged with a huge amount of nasty hair. I understand how hard it is to keep up when labor is limited. There was no AC remote, so we had to try to control the AC from the window unit itself. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Luxurious. Especially the bathroom! Every detail is wonderful. They have a strange check in policy because it’s all self check in and check out. But the owner was very clear in all of the directions. It’s very quiet and very convenient to everything.
