"As soon as the gate was opened we knew we had arrived at a special Chambre d'hote. The property was well maintained, welcoming hosts and very comfortable and ekegant rooms. We had a delightful evening meal with the hosts and another couple. We are on a cycle holiday and were thrilled to have our laundry done for us overnight. In the morning our bikes had even been turned to the direction we were going to travel."

Poor explanation from the manager regarding the access, and ultimately got angry because we did not put the keys at the right place and hanged up the phone...."

"Very reasonably priced and comfortable place to stay. Only a few steps away from Fosse Dionne and convenient to town and the train station. From this home base, we visited Dijon by train and Auxerre and Chablis by taxi. The place has everything you need. Two bedrooms are up a narrow flight of stairs which may pose difficulties for elderly people and the toilet is located on the first floor only. Very nicely decorated. "

"Beautiful little gite in a very quiet, rural part of burgundy. Perfect for peace and quiet, but plenty to see and do within an hours drive.
Gite was lovely and clean, with a well equipped kitchen.
Geneviève and Laurent are lovely, and the perfect hosts.

"Statig huis met mooie, grote tuin. Groot zwembad. Rustige omgeving. We misten wel enkele dingen: plaats in de frigo, stoelen binnen een buiten, ligbedden aan het zwembad, parasols aan het zwembad, 5e kookpit werkte niet, Ontbijtkommen,... We hadden een leuk verblijf maar het lijkt wel dat het huis een opknapbeurt nodig heeft. De 2 badkamers waren wel heel proper. Bakker is kortbij.We hebben kajak in Tonnerre gedaan, (Loc Avonture), klimmen tussen de bomen in Parc Avonture du thureau. En we...

"A lovely newly refurbished house. I loved the premium quality cotton sheets and duvet cover. A super kingsize bed, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was freshly squeezed orange juice( rare) bread, mini viennoiserie and home made jams. The hosts were very friendly and spoke English. The village is very peaceful, and the countryside all around is lovely. A great place to stay"

"We had a wonderful stay at the 17th century mansion. It is obvious that a lot of love and time has been spent on the renovation. The house had numerous rooms for relaxing and a very large, well equipped kitchen. Some rooms were harder to heat, but most were very comfortable. There was a little mix up prior to check in regarding a security deposit needed at time of arrival, but we reached an agreement. The house was very convenient and there was parking very near by."

"Chambre très spacieuse et super propre, avec belle salle de bain neuve. Très calme car au fond d'une jolie cour fleurie. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout est fourni pour le petit-déjeuner et même pour un gouter : eau, jus, lait, thé/café, yaourts, oeufs frais, fromage et jambon, pain frais et croissants, gâteaux... A deux pas du centre-ville. Top !"
