"We booked the stay based on very good reviews. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. Our room had a lovely design, very warm and cosy and spacious. However, the maintenance and amenities were low. The toilet was in a very small room behind a sliding door and the light in it did not work. Upon arrival we told the manager. She said it was some kind of security delay, and the door needs to be closed for a while for it to work. We kept the door closed all night. But still no light in the...

"Property is well located. 5 minutes walk to centre of Les gets. They have an outside heated pool as well as inside pool and jacuzzi. Friendly staff in reception and great bakery service where you can order fresh bread the day before. Checkout was smooth. Kitchen was well equipped (although we only used for breakfast). The only thing to point is cleanliness, not great. Overall we really enjoyed and would book it again"

Fantastic location on the lake and very friendly service. Great stay in August started with a very friendly reception and news that our room was ready when we arrived from Vancouver at noon. I don't have to tell you how welcome that is after the long overnight flight from the west coast. Not a lake view room, but very quiet over the back.
