« This place is a joke !
If you want good customer service - this isn’t it. It’s clean but that’s its only benefit.
I was told they would be able to facilitate a 2 pm check in. They were not. My room wasn’t ready for several hours after I arrived. I booked this place specifically for that reason as I had been up since 3am and wanted to sleep before hiking.
Water bottle fill station had hot water coming out of it. No drinkable water / water bottles
Coffee station was out of lids, trash is...

« I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock! »

« Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location »

« The inside apartment was clean new. The first look of the house was old in appearance. The heating was not good in the BR off the kitchen. Bigger BR was toasty. Overall I would return in a minute. Biggest issue was only finding decafe coffee in the cupbord. :( »

« The price and location worked perfectly for us. It was wonderful to come back to some peace and quiet at the end of the day after being around So. Many. People. All day long. We had a private balcony overlooking a large lot where the kids played. It felt secluded even though it’s on a main road, walking distance to a bakery and coffee shop. The airport across the street was charming and we enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. Thank you to these great hosts! »
